I have decided to host my first ever giveaway and decided to make it a Sugarpill giveaway!  What is the prize you ask? A new  Heart Breaker palette, that's what! I really wanted to have a way to say thank you my current followers and hello to any new followers and what better way to do so than with one of my favorite palettes of all time? All you need to do is follow the things on the Rafflecopter widget to enter and then sit back with your fingers crossed. Giveaway ends on Friday September 14th, good luck!
